ABOUT THE 2020
GLOBAL PRIZE RECIPIENT

Congratulations to Anindito Mukherjee who has been named the 2020 Photography 4 Humanity Global Prize Recipient! Mukherjee’s photo “The Last Rites” captures both the human and systemic costs of COVID-19 in Delhi and will be exhibited, along with the work of the Top 10 Finalists, at Fotografiska New York from December 10, 2020 – January 24, 2021. Following the month-long installation, the images will move on to be showcased globally via a virtual exhibit by the United Nations.

Thank you to all who participated and helped to inspire the world to take a stand for human rights.
